Shipping Policy
General Shipping Information:
We ship within the United States and Canada based on the weight of your package. The shipping rate should be automatically displayed and calculated at the checkout. To offer you the best savings, we always utilize the most economical USPS option. Orders will come with a tracking number for your convenience.
Upgrading Shipping:
For cost-effectiveness, we primarily use the most affordable USPS shipping option. However, if you prefer a shipping upgrade, you can do so at checkout.
Please note that when it comes to orders containing fully finished reeds, upgrading the shipping method will only reduce the time in transit (after leaving our shop), not the time it takes to craft the reed(s). All our reeds are meticulously handmade and made-to-order based on the order received from our waitlist. To bypass the waitlist, you can select the "priority" or "emergency" option for the specific product before adding it to your cart. Please note that only professional reeds offer priority and emergency shipping. Other items, such as reed blanks, cane, and accessories, do not have a waitlist and are usually shipped out on the next business day.
Package Details:
We ship all packages in sturdy padded cardboard boxes with a tamper-evident seal, which prevents any unwanted opening and safeguards the delicate tips.
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer any international shipping besides Canada. However, if you have a specific international shipping request for a location outside of the United States (excluding Canada), we can accommodate it on a case-by-case basis.
